Wilson Chandler will exercise his $12.8 million player option and remain with the Nuggets next season.
It's a big move for the Nuggets, as it means they'll almost certainly need to clear space to make room for both Nikola Jokic and Will Barton. The Joker is priority No. 1 in Denver but they'd really like to retain Barton as well, though it'll now likely cost them some depth. As for Chandler, he may be a starter but is the low man on the offensive totem pole in pretty much any lineup configuration that the Nuggets would use. There might be some low-end value in deeper formats but it'll be more of an aggregate situation than Chandler posting big individual games.
