Bradley Beal scored 24 points on 10-of-21 shooting (including a three) with four rebounds, four assists and one steal in Wednesday’s loss to the Kings.
The Wizards looked like they already had their bags packed for vacation in this one and they let the Kings get wherever they wanted. The box score was still a fairly good sight for owners despite some shooting woes, though. John Wall hit just 4-of-16 shots but still managed 14 points, seven boards, 13 assists, two threes, one steal and one block, and Marcin Gortat hit just 2-of-9 shots for six points, 12 boards, three steals and a block. Otto Porter hit 8-of-11 shots for 20 points, four threes and four assists, and Markieff Morris scored 13 points with four rebounds, two blocks and a trey in the loss. The Wiz are now 3.5 games out with seven to play in the East.
