June 21, 2018, 9:10 pmTroy Brown Jr.G/F, Washington Wizards
The Washington Wizards have selected Troy Brown Jr. with pick No. 15 in the NBA Draft.
Brown is a 6'6" shooting guard/small forward but has a knack for play making and is a good team defender. He has some work to do before he gets consistent playing time with the Wizards as they are deep with wings. His jump shot needs some work which makes his fantasy outlook for year one just a flier in very deep leagues. Unless the Wizards make a surprising move, he has to fight through Bradley Beal, Otto Porter Jr., and Kelly Oubre, among others.
February 21, 2020, 9:50 pmIsh SmithPG, Washington Wizards
Ish Smith shot poorly in Friday's loss to the Cavs, going 2-for-12 from the field to finish with five points, five rebounds, six assists, one trey and two steals in 30 minutes.
The minutes are still there for Smith, which is good thing. Shabazz Napier played just 18 minutes and posted eight points (3-of-8 shooting), two 3s, one rebound, four assists and one steal. Smith, despite his struggles, remains the PG to own out of Washington with top-115 value over the last month.
February 21, 2020, 9:49 pmKristaps PorzingisPF-C, Dallas Mavericks
Kristaps Porzingis posted a monster line on Friday night, finishing with 24 points (8-for-16 shooting), 10 rebounds, five assists, five blocks and four triples as the Mavs topped the Magic.
It's starting to look like a trend that both Porzingis and Luka Doncic can be productive at the same time in Dallas, which is a scary thought for the rest of the NBA. Nine combined threes and blocks is definitely on the higher end of outcomes for Porzingis, but is exactly the type of skillset that had him as a top-25 player prior to his injury.
February 21, 2020, 9:47 pmRui HachimuraPF, Washington Wizards
Rui Hachimura was a solid performer for the Wizards on Friday, chipping in 17 points on 7-of-13 shooting, plus seven rebounds, one triple, three dimes and two steals.
Hachimura has been playing well as of late and figures to have a strong finish this season as the team's second scoring option behind Bradley Beal. We like the trey, boards and steals tonight and as long as he keeps those peripherals going a top-120 finish in 2019-20 might be a realistic expectation
February 21, 2020, 9:45 pmTim Hardaway Jr.SF, Dallas Mavericks
Tim Hardaway Jr. posted 16 points (5-for-9 shooting), six rebounds and three triples across 33 minutes on Friday.
At full strength, Hardaway's upside is somewhat limited but still provides consistent value as a three-point streamer. He may not be for everyone, but certainly has a role on three-point needy squads.
February 21, 2020, 9:43 pmMaxi KleberPF, Dallas Mavericks
Maxi Kleber fininshed Friday's win over the Magic with 26 points (10-for-13 shooting), three rebounds, three triples, an assist and a block.
Kleber was feeling it on Friday night, as he found all the open spots on the floor and only missed three shots. Kleber is part of a deep rotation in Dallas but is worth a look in deeper leagues.
February 21, 2020, 9:42 pmThomas BryantC, Washington Wizards
Thomas Bryant (sore right foot) returned to action on Friday and was able to see 16 minutes off the bench, producing eight points on 4-of-7 shooting with five rebounds and two blocks.
Bryant missed both shot attempts from the line which dampened his otherwise encouraging first game back since experiencing a setback with the stress reaction in his right foot. He's going to be brought along slowly but assuming his progression goes without delay this time around, Bryant can flirt with top-30 value if he gets minutes in the high 20s to low 30s.
February 21, 2020, 9:39 pmNikola VucevicC, Orlando Magic
Nikola Vucevic cruised with 27 points (12-for-27 shooting), 12 rebounds, four steals, one triple, one assists and a a block as the Magic fell 106-122 to the Mavs.
Vucevic did all he could to keep his team in it but ultimately fell short. The Magic are going for a playoff spot and figure to feature Vucevic prominently the rest of the way.
February 21, 2020, 9:37 pmEvan FournierSF, Orlando Magic
Evan Fournier exploded for 28 points (10-for-19 shooting), five triples, two rebounds and two steals in Friday's loss.
With the big shooting performance, Fournier passed up Hedo Turkoglu to move to fourth on the Magic's career three-pointers list with 795. Fournier should continue to provide strong threes and scoring the rest of the season.
February 21, 2020, 9:33 pmVictor OladipoSG, Indiana Pacers
Victor Oladipo (sore back) left Friday's game against the Knicks with concerns over his back.
This is not good news. Oladipo has not looked particularly healthy since returning from injury in late January. That injury, however, was to his right knee, so the news about his back is not a welcome sight. An update should be provided after the game.

February 21, 2020, 9:32 pmMarkelle FultzPG, Orlando Magic
Markelle Fultz posted 14 points (7-for-12 shooting), nine assists and a rebound in Friday's loss to the Mavs.
Fultz logged 33 minutes in this one, which is more than double the 16 minutes that D.J. Augustin played. Fultz has played well enough lately to secure himself a nice role and a player whose assist potential gives him a high upside in the final push of the season.
