The Cavs, Heat, and Spurs are all leaders in acquiring Dwyane Wade after his buyout with the Bulls.
Wade returned $8 million of his $23 million salary to reach the buyout agreement. Oklahoma City is also in the mix as a potential suitor for Wade. All of these destinations are intriguing. The banana boat ties are connected with the Cavs and Thunder. Miami is Dwyane Wade’s second home and the Spurs are the wild card that seem to be interested in acquiring veteran wing talent as of late. If Wade accepts a sixth man type role he could give real value to any of these teams, but we haven’t seen him capable of doing so just yet.
