Clint Capela has reportedly agreed to a five-year deal worth $90 million with the Rockets.
And with that, the best remaining free agent has been taken off the market. It's a nice deal for both sides, though Capela was undoubtedly hurt by a market that really put the squeeze on restricted free agents. The Rockets have locked up a core piece as they look to bring home a title in the next few years and get an impactful defensive center and top-flight rim-runner at under $20 million a season. Expect Capela to cost an early-middle round draft pick in fantasy after his breakout season.
