The Wolves have pulled their qualifying offer from Nemanja Bjelica, making him an unrestricted free agent.
Bjelica was one of the few trusted bench pieces in Minnesota last season and it's a little surprising to see them relinquish the right to match on a solid stretch four, but he looked likely to receive offers higher than anything they were willing to match either way. The Jazz have already been identified as a suitor though their re-signing of Derrick Favors for two years and $36 million (second year is non-guaranteed) may take them out of the running. Bjelica shouldn't have much trouble finding a new gig thanks to his modern skillset. This likely means that Minnesota has something in the works.
