Pacers forward Thaddeus Young is perhaps one of the biggest fantasy disappointments over the last two months, but a lot of that can be attributed to the wrist pain he has been playing through since suffering an injury just prior to the All Star game.
Young has made just one shot from deep since returning to the lineup on February 24. Fortunately for fantasy owners, he is starting to heat up and contribute in other areas besides threes. In the last week, he’s averaging 15.3 points and 8.5 rebounds, including a double-double against the Grizzlies on March 29 and a 19 and 9 effort against the Cavs on Sunday. Young’s usage has crept up near the 20.0 range over that span and will likely stay there as the Pacers duke it out for a playoff spot.
