• Marquese Chriss remained invisible on Wednesday, shooting 0-for-3 with three rebounds and four fouls in 18 minutes while Josh Jackson was even worse with 0-for-7 and one rebound in 22 minutes.

Chriss just can’t get it going this season, and though he’s creeping up to the top-100 lately it’s going to remain a bumpy ride. He has tremendous upside as a cash counter machine but needs to improve all over the floor to earn his minutes. Chriss has a long way to go before becoming a complete player and bona fide fantasy asset. Jackson drew some preseason hype but doesn’t have a lot going for him right now, either. Perhaps both guys will come around when Phoenix revs up the tank in the second half, but there’s nothing but disappointment right now.
