Portland has extended qualifying offers to Moe Harkless and Meyers Leonard.
Both players will be a restricted free agents this offseason. Harkless, while inconsistent, showed promise as the Blazers starting power forward late in the season and could garner some interest with the salary cap rising to $94 million. As for Leonard, he likely won’t draw too much excitement on the open market. At this point, it seems more likely that Portland will retain both players than not.
