• Paul Millsap
    PF, Denver Nuggets

Kevin O'Connor of The Ringer reports that the Blazers have interest in Paul Millsap.

Although Millsap is on the back nine of his career, he's still a strong team defender and would shore up a huge hole in Portland's roster. Their inability to defend forwards hurt them all season, and while Millsap would need to have his workload monitored, it would be a big lift for the Blazers' chances of serious contending. It wouldn't be the worst landing spot for Millsap's fantasy value, either, as he's easily the most capable defender of Portland's current group and might be able to improve on last season's 24.3 mpg. We're still in the rumor phase of the offseason, but Portland's interest in forwards should put Zach Collins and Trevor Ariza on notice to some extent.
