Shams Charania is reporting that Markieff Morris has agreed to a deal with the Pistons.
Rod Beard of the Detroit News is hearing that it will clock in at around $3.6 million, with other reports saying it's a one-year deal. Morris suffered from a neck injury last season, and when he was ready to return he was forced to take a low-minute role off the bench for the Thunder. That was a major sticking point for him, so we'd expect him to log more than the 16.1 mpg he played with OKC, even with Blake Griffin owning the PF minutes in Detroit. While Morris will give Detroit some added versatility and scoring prowess of the bench, he doesn't figure to hold standard-league fantasy value given the way the roster is constructed.
