The 76ers will look to trade either Jahlil Okafor or Nerlens Noel before the 2016-17 season.
With the pending return of Joel Embiid and drafting either Ben Simmons or Brandon Ingram, the 76ers will look to unload either Noel or Okafor, though they reportedly prefer keeping Noel. It was clear that the pairing did not work when you watched them play together last season. Both players are still young and have showed tremendous potential, so the 76ers should be able to fill some needs (a PG and outside shooting) if they went through with a trade. If they do in fact draft Ben Simmons, the 76ers would be in some desperate need of outside shooting as none of Simmons, Noel, Okafor or Embiid have the capability to stretch the floor.
