Jerian Grant scored 17 points and dropped 11 dimes in Monday’s 122-75 win over the Bulls, shooting 7-of-12 in 28 minutes.
Grant certainly put his stamp on the starting point guard role with Rajon Rondo highly doubtful for Wednesday’s finale. He even added two steals and two triples in a breakout performance. It would’ve been nice to see this when he was starting earlier in the season, but he’s worth using if you’re still playing and need a point guard. Michael Carter-Williams only played 15 minutes (four points, four dimes, three steals) and isn’t a threat to Grant’s value in the season finale.
