• According to Adrian Wojnarowski of the Vertical, the Nuggets have traded Jusuf Nurkic and a 2017 first round pick (from Memphis) for Mason Plumlee and a 2018 second round pick.

First things first, this is a location that can work for Jusuf Nurkic as he will be the only big man in Portland with his skill and he’ll step into 20-plus minutes as long as he is healthy.  He is a must-add player after this deal.  As for Plumlee, he shouldn’t get too many minutes playing behind Nikola Jokic and he’ll be a likely drop candidate.  If you have space and want to see if he can somehow carve out some low-end value in the top-150 it’s up to you.  As for Jokic we truly hope this doesn’t cut into his minutes but it’s possible it keeps him close to 28-30 mpg.  Hopefully the loss in minutes gets made up in efficiency and durability.
