Stephen Curry scored 24 points on 7-of-17 shooting (3-of-11 3PTs, 7-of-8 FTs) with five rebounds, three assists and two steals in Sunday’s Game 3 loss to the Thunder.
Curry and his teammates consistently ran pick-and-roll into bad matchups, settled for bad shots, and didn’t get Curry lined up against bigs after the Thunder were more than willing to concede that matchup. All of the criticism surrounding their bad habits of playing too loose has bubbled to the surface and now they’ll need to play a tight game of basketball — assuming the Thunder can hold up their end of the bargain by continuing to play with discipline. Klay Thompson scored 18 points on 8-of-19 shooting with not much more, and the rest of the box score likely hurt any Warriors backers in DFS tonight.
