The Milwaukee Bucks selected raw prospect Thon Maker with the tenth pick in Thursday’s draft.
Maker has long been considered one of this draft’s wild cards, as he is immensely raw with tremendous athletic tools. Maker is long and immensely athletic, with the ability to protect the paint and shoot the three-ball. That being said, he is potentially years away from making an NBA impact and no one is entirely sure how old he really is. It’s hard to see Maker making an impact in his rookie season, despite his upside as a shot blocking big who can knock it down from distance.
