According to Chris Mannix of The Vertical, freshman guard Frank Jackson is a player to watch for the Thunder when they select at pick No. 21.
Jackson has been a second round guy in most mocks but the Thunder appear to be big fans. The guard was very efficient this past year, shooting .539 inside the arc and .395 from deep. He averaged just 10.9 points and 1.7 assists in 24.5 minutes per game but was also third in the pecking order behind Luke Kennard and Grayson Allen, so there’s some untapped potential in there.
