Al-Farouq Aminu scored 14 points on 5-of-10 shooting (including two threes) with eight rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in just 24 minutes in the Blazers’ 105-93 win over the Kings on Monday.
Moe Harkless was right there with him at 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting, three boards, two assists, one block and one three in 23 minutes. Both have established standard league value in a short amount of time after being on waiver wires, and the small lineups appear to be clicking for the Blazers so owners should feel free to ride the hot hands. Allen Crabbe’s 21 points on 8-of-10 shooting and three treys are highly suspect and a byproduct of the Kings’ regretful defensive system so we’re not buying that as a value change.
