Aron Baynes scored a career-high 21 points on 8-of-13 shooting with seven rebounds and one block in 19 minutes on Saturday against the lowly Nets.
Baynes scored 17 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter and there is a bunch of flukiness built into this outcome, but it’s worth p0inting out that he has had some value for stretches this season. Now isn’t one of those times and you’re not buying heavy into this game, so make him do it again before thinking about a pickup. Anthony Tolliver’s 17-point night that all happened in the fourth quarter is another example of that.
