Bojan Bogdanovic scored 18 points on 7-of-12 shooting (including a three) with seven rebounds, three assists and one block in Tuesday’s loss to the Lakers.
Wayne Ellington (concussion) played and scored 10 points with two threes, and as we said earlier his minutes aren’t interfering with Bogdanovic. Bojan isn’t going to be this good every night because he can’t play the Lakers every night, but he has a nice shot at late-round value to finish the year. The rest of the Nets’ box score was exactly what one would expect. Brook Lopez was a monster with 23 points, seven boards, four assists and a block, and Thad Young went for 19 and 15 with a steal and stepped up to hit 7-of-8 FTs. Donald Sloan had 11 points, two boards, six assists and a steal in his 30 minutes, and Shane Larkin posted six points, four assists and a steal in his 18 minutes.
