Brandon Knight hit just 2-of-13 shots in Saturday’s loss to the Nets, scoring six points with nine rebounds and four assists in 22 minutes off the bench.
It’s good to see Knight get in on the rebounding since he’s not getting anything anywhere else. He’s hitting just 34 percent of his shots and Earl Watson hasn’t shown a lot of stability as a coach, all while the organization hasn’t had any stability for a while. We’re good with keeping Knight as a stash because this simply can’t continue, but expectations in general need to be shifted toward that of a top-75 upside in best case scenario rather than some of the higher mid-round stuff floated around elsewhere.
