Clint Capela got a start next to Dwight Howard on Friday against the Sixers, scoring 13 points on 6-of-13 shooting with 10 boards and two blocks in 25 minutes.

We’ve been bangin on you guys to hold him all season and this is why — the Rockets will find ways to get this guy on the floor and he’s already a top 70-120 (9/8 cat) guy on the year in just 17.8 mpg.  When you factor in all of his frontcourt teammates’ injury risk, there’s not a lot to think about for smart fantasy owners.
