Devin Booker scored 14 points on 4-of-11 shooting (6-of-8 FTs) with four rebounds, six assists and one block over 33 minutes in Friday’s win over the Magic.
Booker did not hit any threes and that’s not usually his issue, but the lack of defensive stats is going to keep his upside in check and then there’s the Brandon Knight issue to worry about. We like Booker as a prospect and we think the Suns will work hard to keep him above 30 mpg, but the issue of touches and overall fantasy production are very real. He’s a top 150-180 value (8/9 cat) on the year in 33.8 mpg and it’s hard to see things getting dramatically better.
