Dewayne Dedmon was a major catalyst in Sunday’s 118-115 victory over the Pistons, shooting 7-of-9 from the field and collecting 20 points, 13 rebounds, three steals, a 3-pointer and a block.
The Dead Man rejoined the starting five in this one and ex-starter Miles Plumlee was a DNP-CD, so this arrangement will probably stick going forward. He was up to top-90 production before being sidelined by a leg injury and is worth picking up if he’s still floating around on waivers. One of our favorite preseason late-round targets, Dedmon has surprised even us with his 3-point production this season. He’s by no means a force in the category but low volume also helps his efficiency considerably, so it’s a nice mix to work with. Dedmon shouldn’t have many issues finishing in the top-100.
