Donald Sloan scored 12 points on 6-of-10 shooting (no threes) with one rebound, nine assists and one steal in a 25-minute start against the Cavs on Wednesday.
Sloan is no stranger to showing up out of nowhere and putting up numbers. In his last eight games in which he has averaged 25.7 mpg, he has returned late-round value on the strength of 9.0 points, 1.0 treys, 3.8 boards, 7.4 assists and decent percentages. The big drag on his value is the 0.4 combined steals and blocks per game over that span, but if you think he can increase his role and/or production obviously he has a round or two he can rise if you’re feeling lucky. Either way, he should be owned in all 12-team standard leagues for the time-being.
