Greg Monroe played 17 minutes on Saturday night against the Warriors for 12 points, seven rebounds, two assists and a steal.
These are very few minutes for Monroe but it is likely due to a match-up issue. He was being bothered in the post by Draymond Green and Monroe cannot keep up with a fast-paced Warriors. However, it didn’t look like coach Jason Kidd committed to any one center so the silver lining is that Monroe received the most between him, Thon Maker and John Henson.
