James Johnson scored nine points on 4-of-6 shooting with four rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer in 21 minutes off the bench on Friday against the Bucks.
Johnson has struggled pretty badly lately and on the season in relation to the hype — this site included — but he’s still measuring at a late-round value and his bounce-back potential makes him a must-own player in standard formats. It remains to be seen how Dwyane Wade’s return impacts him. It could either cut into his minutes or push him to get over whatever hesitancy he has to be aggressive.
