Jordan Bell thrived in yet another start on Saturday, needing just 22 minutes to post seven points, 10 rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks.
Bell is a per-minute monster and the hope is that he sticks in the starting lineup. Coach Kerr said that Zaza Pachulia will probably retake the job when he returns from his shoulder injury, but Bell is going to do his damnedest to make his case. So far it’s a pretty compelling one. The rookie can make a serious impact in just 20 minutes a night and it’s probably time to consider picking him up in standard leagues if he’s still out there. He should’ve been long gone in deep leagues. Bell has incredible upside and could be a huge difference-maker down the stretch if he actually does hold onto the starting five.
