Josh Jackson was back in action on Tuesday night and went right back into the starting lineup on his way to 19 points (6-of-15 shooting), three rebounds, four steals, a block and a 3-pointer in 35 minutes.
Jackson starting was a bit of a surprise but the Suns opted to go small against the Cavs. Tyson Chandler picked up a DNP and Alex Len only played five minutes. While Jackson remains outside the top-200 over the last month, he’s being dragged down by some truly brutal games with terrible shooting lines. He’s probably not worth the hassle if you’re trying to preserve your percentages but other owners should snap him up if he’s available. As evidenced by tonight’s line, Jackson has the potential to come up with all kinds of fun counting stat lines and should get the minutes to run wild as the Suns continue to play their brand of basketball. It’s more like somebody described basketball to them and asked for a recreation, but Jackson should be posting nice lines all the same.
