Julius Randle had a rare versatile line in Tuesday’s win over the Grizzlies, scoring 13 points on 6-of-8 shooting with 14 rebounds, five assists, one steal and three blocks in 34 minutes.
Randle hasn’t gotten as much love in fantasy leagues as he should have over the last month or two, as he has been able to sustain solid late-round value for a while. In the last 25 games he has averaged 30 mpg, 13.4 points, 0.2 treys, 11.1 boards, 0.9 combined steals and blocks, 47.8 percent shooting from the field and 72.9 percent shooting from the line. The percentages are heading in the right direction and this is probably a case of buyers remorse and an over-correction in the marketplace. We know we’ve been guilty.
