Marreese Speights hit a three and had two blocks to go with five boards in just 12 minutes off the bench in the Warriors’ 114-98 win over the Clippers on Wednesday.
It was the Warriors’ 51st straight home win and now they need to go 9-2 over their last 11 games to get the record. Speights has dipped in the last four games with just top 150-175 value in only 13.4 mpg, but his two-week splits are tucked into the top 130-150 and his month long splits are in-between those values. With the Warriors’ schedule of all four-game weeks and the off-chance they rest some guys, we’ve been telling owners to consider him as a late-round value prospect in 12-team leagues.
