Greg Monroe’s struggles continued on Friday against the Hawks, as he put up just seven points on 2-of-7 shooting with three rebounds and three assists in 24 minutes.
Monroe has been a sub-150 value over the last week and he has steadily plummeted for about a month, which is too bad because he started the season off as an early-round stud. The Bucks have a pair of three-game weeks to look forward to and owners now have to view him as an upside play rather than a must-start guy. Jerryd Bayless, on the other hand, has delivered for owners and he did it again here with 12 points, four rebounds, three assists, two steals, two blocks and two threes. He won’t be a must-start player in that schedule, but he’s a good bet for late-round value any given night.
