Markieff Morris scored eight points on 4-of-12 shooting with seven rebounds and one block in 28 foul-plagued minutes in Tuesday’s overtime loss to the Blazers.
Morris really struggled and couldn’t post up point guard Damian Lillard at times, which says quite a bit about Morris’ game when you think about it. That said, Morris is more or less on pace to be the top 75-125 player we think he’ll be and owners should just hang tight. Otto Porter’s night fit a similar description, as he hit 3-of-8 shots (including a three) for seven points, four rebounds and two steals in 30 minutes. Porter’s owners are probably freaking out, but this versatile low-end line should be a reminder that he has a great stat set for fantasy value. Try to see it out.
