Omri Casspi scored 12 points on 5-of-12 shooting (including two threes) with six rebounds, one assist and one steal in 27 minutes off the bench of Wednesday’s blowout loss to the Pelicans.
Casspi is back to producing at a late-round value and the Kings have a favorable schedule in the games played sense so he’s well worth a pickup, if not a must-own player in 12-team leagues. James Anderson did something well on the basketball court for the first time in a while with 17 points, three treys, four rebounds and one steal, and George Karl loves throwing him out there so if the team remains banged up he might be worth keeping tabs on. That said, it’s anybody’s guess if Karl can make it to the end of the year. Kosta Koufos played five minutes and Seth Curry scored 11 points with two rebounds, five assists and one three in 34 minutes off the bench. We’ll never know if he gets that many minutes again until it happens.
