T.J. McConnell played 34 minutes on Saturday for 10 points, two rebounds, 10 assists and three steals against the Bucks.
McConnell played well despite being a game-time decision due to his ankle. That’s a good sign and he continues to produce late-round value. He hurts owners in points and threes but his steals and assists really make up for it, especially in the last two months. In that time, he is averaging 7.5 assists and 2.1 steals per game which could be difference-making contributions for fantasy owners. Watch out for McConnell next year in the draft. He has mid-round potential and a late-round floor so he’s worth a pick around the 80-90 range if you are in need of assists and steals by then.
