Willie Cauley-Stein played 21 minutes in Wednesday’s loss to the Wolves, scoring two points on 1-of-4 shooting with five rebounds and one block.
Cauley-Stein has been torched by Karl and we’re pretty sure the coach isn’t going to play him until he absolutely has to. The locker room is tired of Karl according to all of our sources and it’s creating a chaotic environment that only serves to further plunge the franchise further into chaos. Expecting Cauley-Stein to negotiate all of that as a rookie that’s been mishandled all season is asking too much. We can’t in good faith have you guys chase that down, even with Karl insinuating that DeMarcus Cousins will miss more time and WCS will continue to play more. Karl went on local radio and said that he has already played a lot this season so you can be the judge.
