Andre Iguodala scored 20 points on 9-of-14 shooting (including two threes) with three rebounds and three assists in 38 minutes off the bench in Monday’s Game 5 win over the Cavs.
The Warriors found a 1-3 pick-and-roll with Stephen Curry and Iguodala that resulted in wide open spaces for Iguodala and he was able to make the Cavs pay. He also held up covering LeBron and whether that was because LeBron didn’t beat him up like last year is up for debate, but one way or another Iguodala did a good job there and he also did a good job in spot action covering Kyrie Irving. Dodging injury issues and making a positive impact, he’s a low key reason the Warriors won.
