• The Bulls and Rajon Rondo have agreed to a two-year, $28-30 million deal according to ESPN and USA Today.

This is going to immediately call into question whether or not Jimmy Butler gets traded because that’s Jimmy Butler’s ball, not Rajon Rondo’s.  Rondo also doesn’t do very well in the pace-and-space game so it’s interesting to see what direction the Bulls are actually heading in here.  Maybe it’s a total teardown and rebuild and if that’s the case Rondo is a good point guard to slog you through those years.

Rondo is coming off a terrible season in Sacramento and Bulls fans can’t be thrilled about this deal.  He was our No. 9 point guard on the board in projected cost to value rankings.
