Chandler Parsons has agreed to a four-year, $92 million max deal with the Grizzlies according to Tim MacMahon of ESPN.
This is actually a good landing spot for Parsons because the Grizzlies are totally depleted and they can use his offensive talents. The contract itself is not going to be a win because Parsons cannot defend his position and his limitations will be exposed over time, and that’s before we get to the risk associated with his knees. For comparison’s sake we only had him ranked No. 9 on our list of available small forward targets in free agency.
