Knicks coach Jeff Hornacek said Wednesday that rookie Frank Ntilikina could play both backcourt positions.
This year’s 8th overall selection in the NBA Draft is impressing his teammates and coaching staff right off the bat. His length and versatility can move him over to the two spot on occasion but Ntilikina is still in the thick of things in the race to be named Knicks starting point guard. He’ll likely start the season on the bench but expect him to get the starting job sooner than later, as a key part of the Knicks rebuild. The 19-year old is worth a look as a late round flier.
