John Wall managed 26 points, two rebounds, eight assists and two blocks in 41 minutes against the Celtics on Friday.
Wall shot 9-of-25 from the field, 2-of-5 from three and 6-of-8 at the line. He struggled for most of the game to find any consistency with his shot but he hit the most important shot of all nailing a three with three seconds left which ultimately gave the Wizards the victory. He’s shooting just 40.6 percent in the series which is quite low for a star point guard but he’s doing enough across the board to keep the Wizards rolling.
