The Knicks reached out to Courtney Lee “to be starting SG” and Austin Rivers to be backup point guard according to Berman of the Post.
Lee is toward the top of the shooting guard list but their is a ton of depth at that level of talent and position and teams would be wise to let others spend their money if the bidding gets too rich. The Kings are very interested in Lee and there will probably be a few other teams to get in the mix.
As expected, #Knicks reached out to Courtney Lee to be starting SG, and Austin Rivers, backup PG. Rivers' price tag won't be crazy.
