C.J. McCollum had 11 points (4-for-17 from the field), five boards, two assists, one steal and one triple, while Damian Lillard finished with 12 points (5-for-17 from the field), four boards and two steals in the 81-107 loss to the Warriors on Wednesday.
The pair combined for 9-for-34 from the field and only made one three-pointer between them. That’s simply not going to get it done against the best team in the NBA. To top it off, the duo also combined for nine turnovers on the night. If the Blazers are hoping to keep this series going, they’ll need more from their backcourt as they square up with the Warriors in Portland for Game 3 on Saturday.
