Wolves G/F Andrew Wiggins is reportedly expected to sign a five-year, $148 million extension prior to the beginning of training camp on Saturday according to Darren Wolfson.
The extension was first reported some time back so it’s news that was expected. Wiggins is a centrepiece for the future in Minnesota and locking him up long-term is ideal for the Wolves. Wiggins produced sub-115 value last season which is concerning. However, a bounce back is projected so he’s someone to look at in the middle rounds this season.
