Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the Grizzlies are finalizing a three-year, $10 million deal with shooting guard Troy Daniels.
The Grizzlies are thin on the wings and Daniels can shoot, period. Memphis’ shooting problems have been minimized a bit by the arrival of Chandler Parsons, but Daniels should be considered a pretty good bet for 15-20 mpg and upside beyond that. It puts him on the fantasy radar in deeper formats and active Dynasty owners in deep leagues might want to consider a speculative move.
Sources: Memphis will acquire Daniels, a restricted free agent, in a sign and trade deal with Charlotte.
