• The Knicks are looking to add a free agent point guard and, according to ESPN’s Ohm Youngmisuk, are looking at Jarrett Jack and Archie Goodwin as potential additions.

With Derrick Rose‘s departure and the Knicks looking to rookie Frank Ntilikina to lead the way, it’s a good move for the organization to find a veteran presence for the backcourt. Jarrett Jack is a 12-year veteran who only played two games last season with the Pelicans. But, over his career, Jack averaged 4.5 assists per game and would make a great addition anywhere. While still only 23 years old, Archie Goodwin may not qualify as a “veteran” but he does have a history with Knicks head coach Jeff Hornacek, having run his offense in Phoenix.
