The Magic and D.J. Augustin have come to an agreement according to The Vertical.
Augustin is a dynamite backup point guard and he had an excellent season as one of Michael Malone’s favorites in Denver. The Thunder missed him greatly in the playoffs after they failed to develop Cameron Payne but that’s another story. Augustin was our No. 3 point guard on the free agency board in terms of projected price to value (well behind Mike Conley but right next to No. 2 Ish Smith). He’ll be a threat to cut into Elfrid Payton’s minutes if Payton can’t develop a jumpshot heading into next season.
D.J. Augustin's deal with Orlando is for 4 years, $29 million, sources say

The fourth season in D.J. Augustin's agreement with the Magic will NOT include a team option or player option for that year.
