Shams Charania reports that Gordon Hayward's preferred destination is the Pacers and that he's "fully focused" on signing a deal with Indiana.

Charania adds that Hayward also has some interest in returning to Boston, and that Charlotte is interested in Hayward as well. While the Celtics and Pacers have been connected in trade talks over the last few days, Hayward's not in the driver's seat on this one. We'll see if the two sides can come to agreement on a sign-and-trade.
