Adrian Wojnarowski reported on Friday that the Hawks and Dwight Howard “made a strong connection” in their meeting.
“There’s traction there,” wrote Woj. Every meeting goes well but Atlanta (and Boston) are the two places we’ve seen reported that make sense from a fit perspective, provided Howard is clear that he is no longer anything more than a 25 mpg player per game that gets his offense within the flow rather than as a point of emphasis. We’ll have to see where the next shoe drops.
