Celtics forward Alan Anderson (ankle) was held out of practice on Thursday for precautionary measures, according to head coach Doc Rivers.
Wes Johnson, Luc Mbah a Moute and Anderson are in an “open competition” for the Clippers’ starting small forward position. The team doesn’t seem too concerned about the ankle injury and they’re not willing to risk further injuring a player during camp.
